Green Canopy is a seventeen-acre farm luxuriously sprawling under the lush green canopy of teak, mahagony, anjili, jack, rubber and a host of other tropical evergreen and deciduous trees. The farm situated amidst the rich rubber belt of Kottayam, in Kerala, mainly consists of rubber, coffee, vanilla and pepper. Intercultivated crops like coconut, arecanut, nutmeg, mango, cashew, clove etc are also grown here. The Green Canopy Farm also boasts of a variety of livestock like cattle, chicken, rabbits and Rottweilers.

The main pathway into the resort, the interconnecting pathways inside the plantation and the trekking footpaths for the short and long treks - all keep the intimacy with nature, intact. They merge into the surrounding shrubs and trees and disappear into the growth around. There is ample scope for trekking and you can get first hand knowledge about the cultivation and processing of natural rubber.
